Do you provide on-site maintenance services, or is it only in your service center?

Yes, we provide on-site maintenance when needed, especially for large projects or heavy equipment. Clients can also visit our certified service center for regular or urgent maintenance.

How long does it usually take to service a device?

The duration depends on the device type and the issue, but most standard maintenance procedures take between 1 to 3 working days. We also offer an “express service” for common issues.
