Nature of Products and Services
All products are offered as brand-new original equipment and are delivered as described on the website.
The company provides technical support services, including:

Initial setup and remote configuration.

Basic usage training.
After-sales service depending on device type and warranty.
Software provided is licensed for use only and subject to the manufacturer’s licensing terms.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals and do not include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Orders are processed after full or partial payment, as per agreement.
Accepted payment methods: Mada cards, credit cards, and bank transfers.

The company reserves the right to cancel or modify any order in case of pricing errors, stock shortages, or legal requirements.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within Saudi Arabia within 3 to 7 business days from payment confirmation, depending on product availability.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Product responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Additional shipping fees may apply unless agreed otherwise.

Warranty

E-Survey devices come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover:
Misuse or improper handling.
Accidents or damage due to negligence.
Repairs attempted by unauthorized parties.
Original purchase invoice is required to claim warranty services.

Returns and Exchanges

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if:
The product is unused.
It is in original packaging and in purchase condition.
It is resellable and was not customized or programmed specifically for the customer.
The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error or product defect.
A 10% restocking fee applies if the return is not due to a defect or company error.
Customized, modified, or specially programmed products cannot be returned.

Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption resulting from product use.
The company is not responsible for product compatibility with any use not specified in its description.

Legal Usage

Reservation of Ownership
Product ownership remains with the company until full payment is received.
The company reserves the right to reclaim the product in the event of delayed payment without prior notice, while retaining the right to seek compensation.

Information is used only for order fulfillment and service improvement, and is not shared with third parties without the customer’s consent or as required by law.
