Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of product delivery, subject to the following conditions:

All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

The product must be resalable and must not have been customized, modified, or programmed specifically for the customer.
Products that have been customized, modified, or programmed upon customer request are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping and Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a company error or a verified manufacturing defect.

A restocking fee of 10% of the product value may apply for returns not related to defects or company error.
Refunds

Refunds are processed after technical inspection and approval of the returned product.
