At Surveying Experts Technical Trading Company, we aim to provide clear and transparent return and refund procedures.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of product delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

• The product must be resalable and must not have been customized, modified, or programmed specifically for the customer.

Products that have been customized, modified, or programmed upon customer request are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping and Fees

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a company error or a verified manufacturing defect.

• A restocking fee of 10% of the product value may apply for returns not related to defects or company error.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after technical inspection and approval of the returned product.

• Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and internal procedures.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or improper handling.

• Products repaired or modified by unauthorized parties.

• Customized or specially programmed products.

• Returns requested after the 14-day return period.
